The deliver will be done within a period of 8 working days, except when in out-of-stock conditions. In case of out-of-stock, the products will be delivered right after their manufacturing.
The order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging
• Shipping: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
All the shipments will follow according to INCOTERMS (International Commercial Terms), in the transportation category CIP (Carrier and Insurance). Any possible exception must be analyzed and authorized by ittenz.com.
The client is responsible for checking the goods, once they are collected, to verify any damage on missing components. The receiver is compelled to inform ittenz.com within a maximum period of 8 days once the product is collected, through the email info email@example.com. In case the return of the product is necessary, all the costs are supported by the client, buyer of the product.
Ittenz.com reserves the full right to confirm whether there is, or there isn’t, any damage or missing components. All the contacts will be carefully analyzed and an answer will be sent within a period of 72h, after receiving those. Ittenz.com may require for any kind of proof (for example video or pictures) of the damage (s) mentioned by the buyer.
It isn’t allowed any kind of exchange of products, with exception the products with manufacturing defect. In case of existence of manufacturing date, recognized by ittenz, a new product will be sent by ittenz to the costumer, free or charges.
We recommend you to use a post/ transportation of parcels service with a tracking code, to send a product with manufacturing defect that might be replaced. That way, it is guaranteed that the package will make it to us in a safety way.
