ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, we inform you that the consumer can resort to the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity identified on the consumer portal, www.consumidor.pt, or the Online Dispute Resolution entity identified on the website https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr.
Law 144/2015, of 8 September, applies to out-of-court settlement procedures for national and cross-border disputes promoted by an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity, when these are initiated by a consumer against a supplier of goods or service provider and respect contractual obligations resulting from purchase and sale or service contracts concluded between a supplier of goods or service provider established and consumers resident in Portugal and the European Union.
